Use this form to request access to Google search over SSL for all users at your establishment.
Please complete all of the fields that are marked as required.

If you miss any required fields, you'll receive a warning telling you which parts have been missed. To confirm that you are authorised to make this request, we will use the following methods to confirm your identify:

Cross reference to our customer records
Cross reference to Local Authority records
Asking you to confirm the request by responding to an automated email
Contacting your establishment by telephone if necessary

In order to speed up the authentication process, it's advisable to use an email account which is not provided by Google when completing this form or that you have access to your Google email account from another location. Should neither of these options be available to you, please contact the SWGfL Helpdesk who can help you further.
